Most recent 10 years have been leading a Managed Services account and driving sales, operations and all customer satisfaction and exceeding contract obligations for a leading Nashville hospital. A proven ability to turn around technology teams and achieve business confidence. Established high performing teams that execute projects on time and on budget by leveraging the discipline of formal project management and SDLC practices. Utilizing my extensive hands-on knowledge of all the IT disciplines, I am able to offer mentorship and guidance to employees which define ownership and create accountability. Looking to leverage my strong background in Data Centers, Infrastructure, Security, Privacy and End User Support to drive improvements to organization either large or small.
