SDR Leader
Summary
100% of goal 25 out of 29 months as an SDR and managing an SDR team to over 100% goal obtainment 4 months straight at IronNet. I was hired as the 2nd SDR on the team helping my director create an onboarding program, script/messaging, SDFC reporting, expected metrics, campaigns with marketing, and the hiring process from growing the team which led me to a management position. Before I left, I grew the team to 14 SDRs and promoted 4 off the team.
Before being let go by Ontic my team had finished at 96% for Q2 and was passing at 104% for Q3. Managing a team of 5 and promoting 2 SDRs. I would also like to mention I have extensive knowledge of Salesloft, SDFC, Zoominfo, Outreach, Marketo, Hubspot, Lattice, Lessonly, Chorus, and Sales Nav.
