I have spent 4+years in Qualcomm and have worked on many projects and some of them I have developed from scratch, even mentored my juniors. In Microsoft, I had a shorter span of 1 year and in that I worked in two different teams. Work was mostly around services development, maintenance and deployment for sovereign cloud.
