Have worked with multiple Agile delivery teams and very well versed in Software Delivery Life Cycle and DevOps process.
Have sound knowledge of ITSM process & tooling like ServiceNow.
Have hands-on experience with agile project management and requirement & issue
tracking tooling like Jira & Confluence.
Have effective communication and coordination skills to manage enterprise and
product release cycle with various stakeholders, delivery and governance teams like development & testing, scrum or feature team, change management, security and risk & governance team.
