Summary

Working as a servant leader and managing two scrum teams
Introduce and follow Scrum practices within the team and coach the team
members on its processes
Assist the scrum team on the product backlog and sprint planning
Developing and updating work schedules for the team
Help the other team members to remove the roadblocks
Determining project requirements, effort and cost estimation
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects
are completed to standard within budget and time
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
Functional activities like code review, deployment, testing etc.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the stakeholders
Pre-sale consultation, client management and vendor management
