Today, many companies see the urge to become Agile to attain a shorter time to market, better quality,
higher productivity, and an attractive work climate. As a seasoned IT interim and project manager, I noticed
this change. Since 2009 I act more and more as a Scrum Master and Agile consultant. I have a coaching and
facilitating leadership style, and strong analytical skills and I am always investigating new ways to create
products that exceed the expectations of the client. I am a certified Scrum Master, PMP trained, and have
knowledge and experience with CI (Continuous Integration). I proved to be pragmatic and successful even
in not (yet) agile organizations. For me, my assignment is a success when it brings the value intended by
the stakeholders as well as a sustained improvement in cooperation and productivity.

Ability to manage large projects at the enterprise level that meet demanding time restraints and exceed all
expectations using the SAFe Agile framework and lean Agile mindset.

Experienced practitioner of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean products. Good knowledge of leading NEXUS Scrum, SAFe and SAFe RTE.

Also, I firmly believe to succeed, investing in innovation and delivering top-quality solutions are key. However, operating in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent way is as important.
