I am a certified Scrum Master with over 6 years experience who is passionate about supporting and leading teams and organisations in their Agile and continuous improvement journey. Strong teaching / mentoring abilities on Agile/ Scrum values, its principles, and practices.

Currently working as a scrum master with 1NCE, the role involves coaching Agile development teams to effectively implement Scrum theory and practice, become self-organising and cross-functional and focus on creating increments that deliver significant value to the customer.

Expert knowledge of the Scrum methodology and Agile frameworks with the ability to drive Transparency, openness and inclusiveness. Capable of bringing enthusiasm and awareness to projects, applying expert judgement to the removal of impediments and keeping teams focused on delivering success and value in evolving and dynamic project environments.
