Summary

Hello, I am a passionate Scrum Master that believes on the Agile Mindset. I strongly believe the Agile mindset has given us the tools we need to understand the importance of collaboration, transparency, continuous learning, visibility as well as understanding frame work that helps our team achieve productivity. This has helped me in my various roles as a scrum master,I utilise the Agile mindset in my daily interactions with my Scrum team as well as other people I connect with.
I work very closely with my product owner to make sure we both are prioritising the backlog,keeping it organised as wee as making sure my team have all the requirement the need to complete their stories.I walk closely with the programme and project managers to make sure we identify what our road map and plan to according to when we meet our completion date. I work closely with my tech leads and scrum team to identify sprint goal per sprint to make sure we are meeting milestone and we are celebrating small wins. I use the various scrum ceremonies to get closer to my team, give them requirement they need to be successful, help them find blockers and impediment and work collaboratively with them to be able to clear this blocker. I ensure my team is self organised by not only coaching them but also been assertive to make sure they are being protected and shielded from outside distractions.
As a Scrum Master I am not only focused on my team but on the organisation as a whole. I identify pinpoints that are stopping our organization from aligning and moving forward and I help provide best practises to eliminate them. I strongly believe the Agile mindset starts from leadership and trickles down to the team, so I am focused on also making sure that I coach other people from other teams to make sure we are all aligned on best practices. I like to work across all various teams to enable us adopt best practise,in doing so I am making sire my job is not focused on team but also focused on giving my organization productivity in all they do.
