Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Summary
5+ years of experience in agile development including coaching on agile methodologies.
	Strong facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
	Proven ability to build constructive relationships and drive towards alignment and clarity with a variety of stakeholders, such as executives, managers, and subject matter experts
	Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
	Ability to manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
	Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar) and remote tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams)
	Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities in meeting business deadlines.
	Deep familiarity and understanding of Agile practices, Scrum, Test Driven Development, XP, & Kanban
