Summary

I'm a motivated self-learner who is passionate about coaching and helping others achieve their goals. I have 5 years coaching experience in the IT industry, with 10 years Customer Service experience in a SaaS organization. During my role as a coach I successfully coached several members of frontline support to reach their professional goals by coaching towards continuous improvement in their goals with skills such as the use of empiricism. In addition to my professional career, I've spent several years affiliated with a volunteer organization for Agilists, where I was requested to step into a board leadership position, in 2020. Since then, I've helped lead the team toward the launch of the newest iteration of the website, and continue to serve them in succeeding in all future technical goals.

Expectations

I'm looking for an opportunity to serve teams in an organization where I feel trusted, appreciated, and valued for my loyalty and drive in problem solving. Coaching quickly became something I found passion in, because I always find that as I coach others towards growth, I'm also growing in my role. I want to work with an organization where we all enjoy our time together, working with a flexible results-driven work culture, that values family and a healthy work-life balance.
