Summary

I am a problem-solver, facilitator, guide and more importantly a management-enthusiast, with a vast experience as a Scrum-master and a project-manager in the IT-field.

My expertise lies in traditional project-management (being a project-manager), Agile project-methodologies and being a scrum-master. I've also worked with Kanban and limitedly with Essential SaFE 5.0. I'm a PSM 1 certified Scrum-master and a certified Prince2 Agile practitioner as well.

I have vast theoretical knowledge of different project-management methodologies like XP, Incremental Waterfall etc. All in all, I'm someone looking for taking up challenges related to project-management and project-methodologies (SDLCs).

Expectations

I'm looking forward to working with someone who would like me to contribute toward the company as much as possible and simultaneously help me grow in experience and knowledge. I would like to take on challenges and be a major contributor to the growth of the company and the people alike.
