Summary

With 20 years of experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership, I am passionate about digitalization and how IT builds better customer engagement and makes organizations a healthier place.

My current focus is on Scrum Mastery and agile coaching of teams for which I rely on a broad set of tools, skills, and attitudes. Such as servant leadership, Scrum mastery, agile coaching, team management, customer centricity, extreme programming practices, clean architecture, facilitation, liberating structures, and of course, my experience in delivering and operating a broad set of customer-facing applications and API's.

Last but not least, I am fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
