Summary

An IT professional having close to 7 Years of experience and in which 4+ years a Scrum Master and 2+ years as a Business Analyst. In the current role as a Scrum Master, I've had the opportunity to work with multiple teams. My main responsibility is to help these teams work better together and deliver valuable results by following Scrum practices. I'm responsible for removing any obstacles or impediments that might be blocking the teams from achieving their sprint goals. If necessary, Sometimes, I take on different roles depending on what the team needs. I might teach, coach, or a mentor, guiding teams to perform at their best. I also facilitate Scrum events, which are regular meetings where the team plans, reflects, and adjusts their work. I keep an eye on various metrics to track progress and make sure the process and product quality are always improving.
