Summary

I am a Professional Scrum Master and Project Manager and Ive been handling project teams since 2016.
My journey started as a software developer for our department of health sector and after a couple of jobs I became a Business Analyst, wanting to experience dealing with stakeholders, get a bigger picture of projects and eventually I started managing projects.
Projects I handled range from small apps like friend-matching apps to big applications like mall applications or fintech apps.
When my previous company grew bigger, I built a department of Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Project Managers and I experienced organizational management like tracking our KPIs and performance of each direct report. I was doing all of these while handling projects of my own on the side.
Just last year I decided to explore freelancing and I quit my fulltime job to focus on that, but now I wanted to go back to the corporate setting for job stability and focused career growth.
