Summary

A dedicated scrum master and servant-leader with several years of experience. I am a goal-getter and team player who coaches and mentors my team in achieving set goals by staying focus while using the Agile principles. I have helped different organizations reduce on-boarding times for new employees and I have facilitated trainings and workshops for the organization during transition from waterfall to agile. Experience working with Product Owner to refine backlogs so as to ensure Definition of Ready (DOR) and also to make our sprint planning much more easier.
