In my most recent role as a senior project lead at Wells Fargo, I reorganized the DevOps platform engineering team into agile squads, providing clarity, visibility, and scalability for the developer community. I also slashed risk by creating and automating controls for developer segregation of duties, which virtually eliminated malicious insider risk. Additionally, I removed impediments and facilitated collaboration among various stakeholders, including business, IT, security, and compliance. Some of the skills that I used and developed in this role include negotiation, interpersonal skills, project management, and CompTIA certifications.
