Summary

As a scrum master, I manage the team's calendar for all Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, retrospective, review, showcase, daily standups) they usually take place on webex, also being their facilitator, I lead their meetings to make sure they come up wit the expected takeaways, that was identifying a problem root cause, planning or breaking down their work or signing it off from different stakeholders. I also help both the team and management team, visualize and plan their work using Jira, mural and confluence, helping teams breaking down their backlog, sizing it, to fitting into into sprints timeline, with what goes from resolving conflicts, building talent and knowledge to identifying roles and responsibilities and help them adopt best practices and guided my teams through Jira setup, workflows, dashboards, backlog, etc. I feel I'm strongest at facilitating the team's work, make sure we achieve consensus on the workload, schedule and acceptance criteria, I've been told on multiple occasions that I'm an excellent communicator. I've helped many teams with, starting from coming up with the flows, naming conventions, setting and maintaining and storing designated project repositories, while managing the access to such documents. I understand how busy and forgetting people can get among their daily tasks, and I'm very good at nagging people about stuff in general, while helping them visualize their workload and expected outcome

As an agile coach, Ive lead many teams in different niches and industries through agile practices, facilitating effective communication between the team members, and ensuring that tasks are well-defined and completed while monitoring the progress of the project and providing guidance to team members to enable them to quickly identify problems and create solutions for resolving them using the Agile tools and techniques.Im an expert in Agile methodologies, team formation, and workflow mapping, responsible for ensuring that the team is working together effectively, efficiently, and within the scope of the project ensure that deadlines are met. I have been responsible for streamlining operations, leading teams, and improving organizational processes.
