I would love the opportunity to work in a stable corporate environment that understands and realizes the added value that can be achieved by adopting an Agile Scrum or Kanban practice - to the bottom line, to improve the value of deliverables to business stakeholders, to increase the scrum team health - not necessarily adopting it for all projects because some are well suited for a Sequential or Waterfall approach, but for complex project that inherently have known unknowns.

The organization may be at the beginning of an Agile transformation or it may have already embraced Agility -- that is not important to me. What is important to me -- working in an organization with a growth mindset and working with a cool group of diverse individuals.
