Summary

I am a developer with 9 years of experience.
I've developed Flash games, web/android/ios apps and Unity games.
I worked within self-managed teams and learnt a lot about how to apply Agile principles and implement Scrum framework.
I've discovered that I truly love to work with people, establish connections and facilitate discussions when needed.
Now I'm looking for a position as a scrum master or an opportunity to grow up to it.
I believe that Scrum can make a workspace better for everyone while increasing efficiency and quality of work done.

Expectations

I look for a place where I can grow up as a Scrum Master. I share scrum values and am ready to promote them during my work.
I expect to work collaboratively with the organisation to achieve a healthy and productive atmosphere in teams.

Also I will appreciate possibilities of further learning and improving my skills.
