Summary

Am a servant leader with 12 years of experience in the tech industry. I enjoy working with distributed Agile tech teams to deliver software solutions. I started my career as a software engineer which I did for 6 years before venturing into delivery leadership. I aspire to help engineering teams find purpose in the work that they do everyday. I have great interpersonal skills and a track record of successful delivery of software solutions using agile methodologies. I enjoy building user centered solutions, typically my approach is to involve the end user right from the beginning where I work with designers to build prototypes and have the end user get a feel of the intended end product and give feedback before we start development. I treasure going to market early and having a view of how the market responds and iterating over the feedback till the solution comprehensively fits the users needs. I use the agile approach when creating the product roadmap such that there are shippable and usable increments released often. As we release we inspect how the product is performing through user feedback and usage data then adapt. Am looking for a team where I can be impactful in terms of helping to build solutions and learn new things

Expectations

Am looking for a remote scrum master job where I will enjoy empowering distributed engineering teams as well as helping organisations transform into agile. Am looking for an opportunity to help people find purpose in what they do daily.
