I have worked for the past 7 years in agile teams both as a Product Owner as well as a Scrum Master. I come to the role(s) with a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, business and software development. I lost I have won, I overcame obstacles and I had the chance to celebrate, that wealth of experiences coupled with an impressive academic pedigree and human empathy make me a very good coach and servant leader for any organization in any industry.

I am looking for an interesting company with deep ethical standards and with a people-first culture. Ideally they already integrate some form of Agile framework in their development teams, are ready to embrace it or are already working following its manifesto.
