I have worked in software and hardware repair for more than 5 years. I recently earned my CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance and am looking to advance in my career. Having worked in Case Management in the mental health field prior to my experience as a technician I have a significant skill set in working in multi-disciplinary teams and advocating for clients to reach their goals. I've dedicated a significant amount of my time studying philosophy which has fostered my problem solving skills and ability to assess situations uniquely.
