Summary

With 3 years experienced in Heath Care technology, I have managed a team of 10 members to build an ecosystem product to control almost operations in clinics and help patients to reach clinics easier. Recently, I have passed PSM-1 and want to work deeper as a Scrum Master to maximize the outputs for clients and to make my team members feel more fullfill.

Expectations

I prefer to easily communicate with C-level of organizations since to help teams become more Agile, sometimes I need the understanding and support from the top of company.
