Summary

Project Overview: I was accountable for implementing the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program for the Company to upload and document all of the entitys documentation to the companys Portal. I had a role in managing five Scrum teams and was responsible for overseeing program delivery. This involved working closely with the Scrum teams and senior leadership to improve processes, which included facilitating communication between business units and IT to understand users' needs and providing guidance on solutions to address them.

Duties:
I engaged with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog was ready with the User stories descriptions and Acceptance Criteria prioritised appropriately. I engaged with the Development Team to understand what tasks need to be associated with the user stories so that the next Sprint planning will be an easy meeting.
Engaged with other Stakeholders to ensure impediments were removed and analysed dependencies. I worked in a scaled agile environment with multiple Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-up meetings.
Helped estimate the user stories using the Fibonacci technique, the organisations practice.
Used Azure DevOps to populate the user stories for Daily Stand-up meetings and check on the Development team.
Collaborated with other Scrum Masters and identified ways to improve as a team.
Ensured successful deliverables across the teams to meet business requirements and timescales. Led the development efforts of autonomous and highly aligned platform teams towards their goals.
Coached teams to take ownership of each deliverable (stories, sprint, and release-wise). Shaped the high-level design and technology plan required to deliver a business outcome. Constructed and delivered plans that brought together technology and processes.
Managed effective communications with the Programmed Manager and stakeholders (including benefits, priorities, and status)
Strived for continuous improvement and empowerment in the team, facilitated discussions within/ across teams on the best way to deliver maximum value to our customers.
Supported the product managers in their quest for the best product for the customer.
Mentored and coached direct reports and others in the team, working closely with the competency leads to develop them into top-performing individuals who would excel at what they did.
Created transparency and predictability across teams using appropriate tools and metrics, including story mapping, roadmaps, sprint plans, burn-down charts, cycle times, value stream maps and release plans.
Partnered with leaders and teams to share knowledge and drive organisational change and improvement.
Continuously assessed teams approach to adapt planning tools, Agile methods, and communication to ensure a successful and sustainable delivery.
Conducted coaching sessions and facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning /review /retrospective backlog grooming.
Performed Scrum Master role. Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team.
Organised and facilitated sprint planning, effort estimations, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Implemented Best practices from different agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Ensured that our ways of working were consistent across the teams. Managed impediment backlog to track and resolve promptly.
