12+ years of experience as Sr. Scrum Master (ADL / CoE and Project Management) in IT projects with Healthcare Client, U.S Federal Government, State Government and large Insurance domain.
I am a Scrum Master as a team servant-leader and responsible for ensuring the agile teams employ applicable agile values and principles.
Facilitated team rituals Daily scrums, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint demonstrations, and Retrospectives.
Expert and Used Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow, Version One, SharePoint, etc. to track team activities and report status, progress, risks, impediments, forecasts, and trends.
Used Confluence to capture team artifacts.
