Summary

Having spent the past 21 years working within Financial Servicesthis ticking clock on my CV remains a constant source of, self-inflicted it must be said, surprise and alarm. Has it really been that long? Anyway, Ive clearly digressed!

Working most recently as a Scrum Master in the Technology space, I have had the privilege to work for a number of leading blue chip companies. In that time I have developed my knowledge and skills across varied environments in Operations, Financial Crime, Retail Banking, Corporate Pensions, Business Services and the aforementioned world of Technology (Infrastructure and Networks). And, as we have established, the flip side of my extensive years in Business has been the acquisition of a wealth of experience that Im able to translate daily into any given role.

While Im older than I wish to be, to paraphrase a famous song Ive lost none of my enthusiasm for the task at hand.

Motivated, articulate and self-assured with vast experience in stakeholder management, exceeding expectations, successfully delivering projects and embedding change. Whether working as part of a team, or independently I am keen to take on new roles and responsibilities, continually striving to raise the bar by building upon my existing knowledge and skills. You can always teach an old dog new tricks!

Expectations

An opportunity to build on the experience I've gathered in the last 5-6 years working in the Technology space. Having specialised in governance, I've increasingly moved towards Project Management using Agile and Scrum Master techniques to deliver in a complex environment.
