In my banking career as Assistant Branch Manager, I had been entrusted with day-to-day operations of the branch and managing over six employees directly. While current role helped me build on my resourcing and customer relationship management skill set,
it also provided me the experience in
· Managing revenue targets and ensuring goals are met consistently.
· Interfacing and coordinating with senior management, treasury, compliance and taxation departments.
· Conducted weekly staff meetings to motivate staff members, address concerns and questions, plan improvements, and evaluate progress toward goals
· Single Handley managed branch operations
In addition to the above I would like to emphasize on being a quick learner, having obtained a PSB bank officer post via highly competitive bank exams on first attempt, and a 95% score in Professional Scrum Master Certification. Having quickly picked up the local language Kannada also helped me build fruitful relationships with customers
Expectations
