Summary

I am a computational neuroscientist who is passionate about translating my interdisciplinary knowledge into scientific products that have high impacts on societal challenges. In my PhD, I examined neural mechanisms of emotion and cognition among children with autism spectrum disorder using MRI/fMRI, as well as to build a diagnostic model using a novel evolutionary algorithm. Currently at the Broad Institute, I develop cutting-edge computational methods and software tools to extract, quantify and analyze the rich information from high-throughput cellular images to accelerate drug discovery across all disease areas. I work at the intersection of neuroscience, biology, and computation to create marketable products to meet user needs.

Expectations

I am looking for a senior scientist or scientific product/project manager role. I'd like to do hands on technical work, while also work with multi-functional teams including engineers, scientists, and business decision makers to plan roadmaps and deliver products for users.
