1.Have set up a genotype testing lab for psychiatry (MDD, BD, ADHD, Anxiety), cancer, cardiovascular and COVID-19 from scratch; developed and optimized the entire workflow and assays for genotyping test;
2. Lead the lab and successfully passed the CAP-accreditation in late 2021, ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001 accreditation in 2020;
3. Have more than 10 years' experience in pharmacogenomics (PGx), precision medicine, nanomedicine and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD);
4. Published 1 patent and 18+ peer-reviewed research papers.
