1.Self-motivated scientist with multidisciplinary research background and expertise in pharmacogenomics (PGx), precision medicine, nanomedicine and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) ;
Research skills: nucleic acid analysis, genotyping, genomic analysis, variant interpretation, data analysis and gene panel & algorism development; cell culture & assay development, immunohistochemistry, small animal(mice) experiment, MassArray (MALDI-TOF) microscopy/confocal; bioconjugation, nanomaterial (quantum dots, up-conversion nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles, hydroxy fullerene etc.) synthesis, surface functionalization, lateral flow assay, microfluidic device, SPR, fluorescent spectrometer, TEM, FT-IR etc.

2. Rich experience in setting up research & clinical testing lab from scratch, lab management as well as project planning; Good knowledge and practice of CPIC, FDA, ACMG guidelines, and CAP, ISO9001:2015, ISO27001 accreditations. Successfully lead the lab and passed the CAP accreditation in 2021 and ISO9001:2015 accreditation in 2020.

3. Team-player with proven critical thinking, quick-learner with very strong problem-solving and communication skills.

4. 18+ peer-reviewed research publications and conference presentations; outstanding reviewer (ELSEVIER PUBLISHING GROUP)
