Summary
Ensuring PO creation in SAP within defined TAT and SLA towards supplier ordering by updating accurate, Ordering Information and following checklist adhering Compliance and Audit Requirement.
Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders to resolve deviation/technical challenges to issue correct purchase order.
Managing necessary MIS and dashboard reports. Supporting Query Resolution team to resolve Settlement issues raised by Account Payables.
Identify any scope of improvement in existing processes and support testing of new System
implementation as per requirement. Tools- SAP, RRFX, SFDC, Metasolv, REPC, CCW
