Extensive experience in designing & implementing country specific statutory requirements
Extensive experience in leading workshops, trainings to gather requirements and process design
Extensive experience in designing and implementing bank interfaces
Extensive experience in financial Sub ledger/General ledger conversion & reconciliation
Designed and implemented accounting rules to support insurance and reinsurance Processes
Integrated project planning and stakeholder reporting on a weekly basis
Supported finance transformation initiative with system analysis and providing consulting inputs
Extensive experience in leading and managing onsite, offshore and near shore teams
Developed project plan to track deliverable & milestones for stakeholders reporting and ends with RAID Logs, exposure to RISE Tool.
Developed resource plan to support the project plan includes ERP System, BigData, Hadoop, Python, Java and Preparation of Financial Dashboard for Legal Business Entities.
