-Provide support for change request and improvement on existing
PI/PO.
-Error recovery and ticket handling on different interfaces.
-Monitoring of channels, jobs and IDOC.
-Modifying and documenting change request and improvement.
-Provide support task in S/4 Team and S/4 Migration Job
Recovery.
-Provide support on China Closing.
SAP AO
-Daily and Monthly monitoring of stuck data.
-Error recovery and ticket handling on different interfaces (SAP
Table and Program).
-Modifying and documenting change request and improvement.
-Provide support on clients and partner companies overseas.
