Having one year experience as SAP Banking functional consultant in one of the big
four banks in Australia for 1 year.
Collaborated with developers, analysts and Project managers to expedite incident
resolutions.
Worked with business to resolve the day-to-day issue reported by customers
Performed bulk file creation for CR and executed CR.
Providing work around and Permanent fix for incidents.
Ensure timely reporting of various daily and weekly monitoring reports to minimize
business disruptions.
