Summary

I have a total experience of 2 years and 8 months in IT, with relevant experience of 2.5 years of SAP BASIS administration. Working for a Life Sciences Manufacturing Client as BASIS team member which is mainly focused on managing and coordinating with HEC (Hana Enterprise Cloud) support and managing AMS tasks like System Refresh, AMS support, Planning and executing Upgrades of SAP and Hana Systems and other Relational Databases.
I have Experience in various Basis administration activities which includes version/SP Upgrade, System build, addon/Patch applications, Kernel Upgrade, Job Administration, Transport management, Client Administration, SSO Configuration, Printer & Spool Administration, System monitoring, Troubleshooting.
I have Provided 24x7 rotational support to ensure uninterrupted operations of critical systems for customer.
