Entrepreneur with 4+ years into Direct Sales (Home Loans) looking to make a move into the world of IT by gaining expertise on Salesforce and COPADO . Colleagues often see me as one with a good eye to detail, team player whose focus is to provide the best of Customer Service experience by staying available and approachable to my clients , providing solutions and work around to their queries with a positive outlook. I am a quick learner and one with a never-give-up attitude and my recent accreditation are a testimony of the same. I have successfully acquired the Salesforce Associate and Salesforce Administrator Certifications followed by the Copado Fundamentals I certification. I am currently preparing to embark on my journey to gain skills around VCS tools to strengthen my understanding around commits, merge conflicts etc.

I am looking for Salesforce Administrator work to gain experience and strengthen my understanding around Salesforce . I wish to utilise my Customer Service experience in making a career in the IT world. Considering I lack IT experience I am will to start as a fresher and open to working in shifts and on weekends.
