Expectations

I'm looking for a job that cares just as much for their employees as I care for my role and my duties. It's nice to be told you are respected and valued and that it is conveyed so the person knows that. If good work is being done appreciate that worker and tell them how valued they are. Also communication is a big deal, poor communication never helped anybody.
