I have over 17 years of experience working in sales operations, global business operations and strategy, and sales excellence at Amazon, General Motors, and Broadcom. Most recently at Amazon Web Services, I acted as a trusted advisor and a close partner to the Director of Sales to drive revenue and margin growth of $xxx B Americas Commercial Sector MIDWEST region by leading all end-to-end operations, revenue routing, and rhythm of the business activities (MMRs, QBRs and annual planning and monthly forecast) for seven sales districts, xxx Enterprise customers across 5 major industries.
Prior to that at Broadcom, as a senior member of the Global Sales Operations, I designed and implemented a closed-loop Opportunity Pipeline Management mechanism across all parts of business responsible for generating, progressing and closing pipeline. Developed, tracked and owned pipeline build targets for Direct and Digital Sales, Marketing and Partners with $xxx B in required pipe target.
