Examples of my relevant experience include managing existing customers and work with prospective customers in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Commercial markets nationwide; leverage Customer-Centric Selling methodology to grow existing customer accounts and bring on net new customers; work with existing customers on continuing education and training (i.e. product updates and new modules), annual budgeting, process improvement assessments, strategic annual planning, contractual discussions, and system expansion (cross-selling and up-selling).
