Roles & Responsibilities handled:
I have been an instrumental player in all the above-mentioned organizations. I have worked in various roles such as pre-sales, post-sales support, implementation, managed services, solution designing and managing a team in support organization. I am self and quick learner of the technologies. I understand the customers specific requirements diligently to choose the product to achieve them.
In the current role, I have been working closely with the Sales Account Managers for the commercial/Public sector business in the UK. My main responsibilities are, working closely with the partners for the new opportunities & qualifying the leads and doing presentation about the solution to the customers & conducting the POC as well. We reach out to the existing customers for the health check of the solution deployed and recommend the configuration change as per the best practices. Also, try to identify the potential opportunity as part of the new lead generation.
I worked as a pre-sales consultant and post-sales support engineer in most of my career. I have played vital role in winning paradigm deals for most of the products handled. Most of all the products which I handled in the past organizations were new to the Indian market, hence I took place in major part in convincing customers/partners on new technologies/products to sell them in place of the products which was already popular and established in the market. I have been recognized and rewarded multiple times for my hard work and dedication.
In my previous role as a solution architect, I deployed the solution for the customers/partners and supported them till the contract ended. I have been playing imperative role to support the customers and helping Sales/Sales-Engineering team to do the POC successfully, resolving complex issues, involving in all the major prospects from the discussion to closing the deals. I managed a team of 10 members mentoring on technical/process/target achievement/career growth planning.
