I have many years of experience in Enterprise, Global, Pre-Sales Engineering. My background includes working with a product from its inception, wireframes, branding, naming, positioning, training, and implementation all the way to its sunset 10 years later. As the SME of any product I work with, I have worked with several distinct verticals: Law, Healthcare, consumer products, IT (in various forms), and have several technical certifications.
My international experience includes presentation and training with those for whom English is not their primary language.
Expectations
I am looking for a customer-facing position in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering. I find great satisfaction in bridging the gap between end-users and technology, acting as a "translator" between different languages one of the users and the other technical. Although discussing the same topic, I understand the distinct methods and interests involved in these interactions.
