As a software engineer, I am looking for opportunities to do small increments of highly valuable work on a strict agile team. I am looking for opportunities in which I can improve coding and team best practices through rigorous documentation efforts. I am looking for both a mentor as well as a mentee. I want to work in a place where it is encouraged to ask questions. I want to work with a team that is generous with their time yet able to enforce the necessary boundaries for individual productivity.
