Summary

Senior AML Compliance Analyst
Main Duties
Initiate proactive cases and review alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system
concerning customer transactions for unusual or suspicious activity.
Initiate case investigations referrals and escalate findings for complex cases.
Review sanction alerts generated by the system to determine if they are true matches or
the further dispositioning of the alert.
Conducting fraud analysis based on alerts generated and determine if further
investigation is required,
Conducting periodic customer reviews, including those generated by events and referrals

Senior Associate Risk and Compliance
Main Duties
Ensure that the companys technology and operational procedures are fully compliant
with the rules of the card schemes.
Ensure that no merchant is in violation with Card scheme rules
Ensure that a sustainable compliance and due diligence framework is implemented to
screen every merchant that is on boarded, and ensure that such a framework is efficient,
simple and straightforward.
From time to time, shall fully engage the risk managers of card schemes to be kept
abreast of the new rules and regulations and ensuring that the company is in compliance.
Provide weekly compliance report of merchant status and company status
Conduct global research on global compliance requirements and drive implementation to
ensure the company is aligned.
Carry out merchant on boarding underwriting activities to ensure that each merchant is a
true and bonafide merchant before approval is given for on boarding.
Carry out regular daily reviews of merchant activities to ensure that no violation has crept
in during processing operations of each merchant
Be flexible to take up new additional responsibilities as directed by your line manager
Advise senior management and business partners about implementing compliance
programs Train employees on compliance topics
Assist in conducting internal audit
Review continuous monitoring and continuous documentation of systems
Report compliance violations
Generate business leads for the business development team
Assist in general operations of the business
