Summary
I am an RF Microwave Circuit Designer with 10+ years of experience in industry and academia for Analog circuit applications. Mixed knowledge of electromagnetic and microwave circuits (MMIC, RFIC, Hybrid design) helped to make effective contributions to the RF Power Amplifier (PA) using different semiconductors transistors (LDMOS, GaN HEMT, GaAs, and SiGe, CMOS) DC to mm-wave frequency. Also, years of professional LAB skills such as Load pull station, device modeling, probe station, and RF microwave measurement LAB using different instruments made me entirely independent from design to measurement.
