15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and IT Functional Project Management,
Experience in end-to-end resource management and recruitment.
Experience in Business operations activities
Strong coordination skills with various stake holders both internal and external.
Good Understanding of Program/Project Management Activities.
Worked very closely with Business Units to make sure BAU has no impact because of their recruitment needs, understanding the criticality of customers very well and meeting the SLAs.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt existing techniques and practices to new systems.
Proficient in Microsoft office with Reporting and Analytical Abilities
High analytical abilities with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
