Summary

Responsible for evaluating and providing positive and developmental feedback to employees to
support the team.
2. A variety of standard work procedures will be in effect and these must be followed consistently in order to
maintain high productivity and accuracy
3. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time (clean up projects, special projects, e-learnings,etc.)
4. To conduct refresher trainings for experience team members.
5. Share different scenarios for building up process knowledge test and if required to set up monthly test for
knowledge checks.
