Expectations
I would like to be responsible for managing relationships, monitoring attrition, and driving sales growth with an assigned portfolio of clients. Work cross-functionally with other business units to strategize on client retention(up-sell, cross-sell) and contract negotiations. Develop and implement strategies that are tailored to each individual client. Be the liaison and voice of the customer to my internal teams. Maintain consistent interactions with clients in a pro-active manner, gauging current business and future business needs. Assist in getting RFP's into a closed/won status. Recognize client issues and initiate resolution for process improvement in a timely fashion. Help develop end-to-end project plans and requirements.
