Summary
Scaling the training team of an Indian ed-tech startup from 300 trainers in a little over 6 months is my biggest achievement in recruiting yet.
Spearheaded a new hiring and training process flow in a major Ed-Tech start-up for new trainers with an average of
100+ interviews conducted per month, successfully tackling recruiting crunch on an ongoing basis.
Delivered training programs to new recruits and identified trainers lagging behind in performance criteria who were
then placed under a performance improvement plan (PIP) which increased client satisfaction. Ratings of trainers
under PIP increased from an average of 3.8 to 4.4 in 3 months.
Optimized candidate quality by collaborating directly with training academies and sourcing candidates via
Smartrecruiter, Linkedinhelper, and Zoho, successfully reducing hiring to on-floor attrition from 38% to 16%.
Executed multiple projects like Trainer Slot Optimization and hiring across multiple verticals of freelancers, and
full-timers within established budgets and timelines boosting my organizational and time management skills.
