Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Account Manager
Eighteen years in the recruiting industry. For the first few years in staffing I was primarily a dedicated recruiter filling Account Managers’ requirements. I gradually moved into a Senior Recruiter / Account Manager role where I did the last level of screening and final hiring decision making. Throughout my career, I have maintained a candidate network, used job boards, LinkedIn and referrals, and continuously find the “cream of the crop” candidates. At any given time I manage anywhere from 20-50 open positions at any time. Roles I have experience in recruiting for range from I.T., Engineering, Financial, Insurance, Media, Telecom and Utilities at all levels of discipline from Administrative to Director level for both unionized and non-unionized environments.
Remote based Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition. Prefer contract but open to Permanent
