Summary
I first stepped into talent acquisition before I knew it was a grown up job, working at my alma maters Office of Admissions and Recruitment (Go Cougs!). I thrived being a cheerleader for an organization I believed in and watching prospective students eyes light up when they recognized the possibilities they had before them.
Fast forward years later and I still love being the consummate cheerleader. My passion lies in advocating for mission driven companies and matching teams with exceptional individuals. A bit about myself ~
10+ years of corporate in house and agency recruitment; from customer support to VP level roles.
Experience supporting different business units including; GTM, Software Engineering, Product, G&A, UX/UI Design, Strategic Solutions, etc.
Charter member of a DEI Committee and passionate about building inclusive hiring practices.
Based in the Greater Seattle area and open to remote, hybrid and onsite roles.
Currently in an MBA program with a focus on Human Resources.
